(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, except commodities in bulk, household goods, office furniture and fixtures and property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers from and to points in Williams County. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Service from and to points in the Montpelier Commercial Zone as its boundaries existed on November 1, 1987, except where other- wise authorized herein. (2) Service from and to points in Brady, Jefferson, Madison and Millcreek Townships, except where otherwise authorized herein. (3) Transportation of new furniture, furniture parts, furniture stock, equipment, materials and supplies used in the maniufacture and dis- tribution of furniture from and to Stryker, Ohio, except where otherwise authorized herein. (4) Service from and to points and places on, or bordering immediately upon, U.S. Route 20, U.S. Route 127, State Route 576 between Mont- pelier and the intrsection of State Route 576 and U.S. Route 20, State Route 49 between the intersection of U.S. Route 20 and State Route 49 and the Ohio/Michigan line, County Road 30 between the intersection of County ROad 30 annd State Route 49 and the intersection of County Road 30 and County Road 74, County Road 74 between the intersection of Ciunty Road 74 and County Road 30 and the intersection of County Road 74 and County Road 14, County Road 14 between the intersection of County Road 14 and County Road 74 and Pioneer, Ohio, and State Route 15 between the intersection of U.S. Route 127 and State Route 15 and the Williams/ Defiance County line, except where otherwise authorized herein. |
