(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property (except commodities in bulk; household goods as defined by Rule 4901:2-19-01(A), Ohio Administrative Code; and iron and steel on flatbed trailers) from and to the facilities of Dedicated Distribution, Inc. at 256 Circle Freeway Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio. RESTRICTIONS: (1) AGAINST service from and to any point in the existing or future Cleveland Commercial Zone, except the named facilities. (2) AGAINST cross-hauling. (3) To the transportation of property having an immediate prior or subequent storage in the facilities of Dedicated Distribution, Inc. |
