Opinion & Order approving the interconnection in accordance with and to the extent set forth in this order; that no changes in the proposed arrangement, including modification specifically provided for in the arrangement, shall occur without Commission approval; that MFS shall keep the Com- mission informed of its efforts to reach interconnection agreements with other LECs and shall provide to the Com- mission, by no later than the 150th day following the Ameritech/MFS interconnection activation date, a written report of the status of all such negotiations.
