In the matter of the application of MCImetro Access Transmission Services, Inc. to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 4, to introduce Remote Call Forwarding to the following service offerings: Local Line, Local Trunk-Basic, Local Trunk-DID, Local Trunk-2 Way Direct and Local ISDN-PRI; to add additional recurring charges to the list of charges eligible for volume discounts under the On-Net Term Plan and the Local On-Net Term Plan; and to extend the following promotional offerings: Install Waiver Promotion, Digital Dividend Promotion, Digital Discovery Promotion, T-up the Internet Promotion, and the Local Satisfaction Guarantee Promotion. |
