(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, except commodities in bulk, from and to points in Washington, Circleville, Pickaway and Salt Creek Townships, Pickaway County, Ohio. RESTRICTED (1) Against the transportation of shipments from and to Circleville, Ohio, as its boundaires existed May 1, 1991, except where otherwise authorized; (2) Against the transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers and banking documents, and manufactured housing units; oil and gas well equipment and household goods, as defined by the Commission; (3) Against the transportation of shipments weighing 5,000 pounds or less in an expedited service; (4) Against serving points on U.S. Route 23; (5) Against serving points in U.S. 22 between New Holland and the junction of U.S. 22 and S. R. 104, and between Circleville and the Pickaway/Fairfield County Line. |
