Opinion & Order that the respondents file within 30 days, cost data for implementing two-way,measured-rate EAS between the Ripley Exchange and the Clermont Exchange; that two-way, nonoptional, measured-rate EAS between the Ripley Exchange and teh Clermont and Cincinnati exchanges is granted, con- tingent upon the review of cost data and provided Ameritech obtains a LATA waiver from the FCC; that the request for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS, or any alternative form of EAS between the Ripley Exchange and Hamersville, Bethel, Hillsboro, Felicity, Mount Orab, Sardinia, and West Union exchanges is denied and, accordingly, those exchanges are dismissed from this proceeding.
