(AUTHORITY) Shipper to arrange bus tours and general sight- seeing tours and, in the performance of same, shall book the tours with and shall hire the bus carriers to perform the sight-seeing tours. Shipper shall be responsible for arranging the tour, setting the routes for the tours, setting fees for the passengers, collecting fees and attending to all remaining managerial and bookkeeping functions for the conduct of the tours. |
