(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to all points in the State of Ohio. RESTRICTED; (1) to the transportation of packages, parcels, or articles not exceeding seventy (70) pounds in weight, with no limit of aggregation; (2) to shipments moving from origin to destination on the same day; (3) against the transportation of exposed picture films, except trailers, to or from motion picture exhibitors; (4) against the transportation of exposed film, not including medical x-rays and microfilm, from and to film processors; (5) against the transportation of shipments from or to Cincinnati, Ohio and its commercial zone as it existed on January 2, 1985; and (6) against the transportation of shipments in armored vehicles. |
