RESTRICTED: 1) against the service from or to Meigs and Washington Couties and Caldwell, Ohio and a ten (10) miles radius of Caldwell. 2) against the transportation of bulk commodities in tank and hopper vehicles. 3) against the use of dump vehicles, except in the transportation of scrap metal. |
