(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to Tiverton, Crawford, New Castle, Jefferson, White Eyes, Adams, Oxford, Lafayette, Clinton, Franklin, Virginia, Washington, Pike, Bedford and Perry Townships, Coshocton County, Ohio. RESTRICTED: 1). AGAINST service from and to points in the Cosshocton, Ohio Commercial Zone existing June 1, 1987. 2). AGAINST the transportation of property requiring low, heavy-duty trailers. 3). AGAINST the transportation of petroleum, liquified petroleum gas, petroleum products and liquified fertilizer solutions. 4). AGAINST the transportation of dry bulk commodities, except coal, in tank and hopper vehicles. 5). AGAINST the transportation of commodities in dump trucks. |
