(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Fairfield County. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Service from and to points in the Columbus and Lan- caster Commrcial Zones and Amanda, Ohio, as their boundar- ies edxisted on March 9, 1990, except where otherwise authorized herein. (2) Transportation of commodities in bulk, household goods, office furniture and fixtures, house trailers and mobile homes and furnishings, property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers, cash leters, audit and accounting media, commercial paper and banking records, oil and gas well equipment and property in armored vehicles. (3) Service from and to points and places on, or bordering immediately upon, U.S. Route 22 and 33, State Routes 37, 158, 159, 188 and 256, Amanda-Clearport Road, Lithopolis Road, Lithopolis-Winchester Road, Oakland- Stoutsville Road, and Millersport Road between State Route 79 and State Route 256, all except where otherwise authorized herein. |
