Supplemental Finding and Order, that the Commission Order dated December 17, 2003, is hereby modified to allow applicants to issued short term indebtedness and to participate in the Money Pool, through December 31, 2004, as described in their supplemental application, that in all other respects, the Commission order dated December 17, 2003 shall remain in full force and effect. |
