(FOURTH AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Washingtom, Circleville, Pickaway and Salt Creek Townships, Pickaway County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) The transportation of shipments from or to Circleville, Ohio as its boundaries existed June 14, 1991, except where otherwise authorized. (2) Transportation of dry bulk commodities in tank or hopper vehicles. (3) Transportation of household goods as defined by the Commission. (4) Cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers and banking documents, manufactured housing units. (5) Oil well and gas well equipment and supplies. (6) Paints, stains, varnishes, paint products, paint materials and plastics from and to points in Pickaway Town- ship, Pickaway County, Ohio, except where otherwise authorized herein. (7) Petroleum and petroleum products, benzol and benzene, in bulk, in tank vehicles. (8) Commodities in dump vehicles, logs, rough lumber, fertilizer, feed, seed, grain in bulk, and heavy machinery. (9) Transportation of liquid bulk commodities. (10) The use of armored vehicles. |
