The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio's comments and Staff comments filed with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in CC Docket 98-56 (In the Matter of the Performance Measurements and Reporting Requirements for Operations Support Systems, Interconnection, and Operator Services and Directory Assistance).
