Entry ordering that the conditional approval by the Commission in its September 23, 2003 Opinion and Order of the application of DP&L to continue to recover emission fees through a base rate rider, be extended, the recovery shall extend until the fees have been fully recovered and that any over recovered amount shall accrue interest at 10% per annum and be refunded through a reconciliation adjustment. |
