(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to Tiverton, Crawford, New Castle, Jefferson, White Eyes, Adams, Oxford, Lafayette, Linton, Franklin, Virginia, Washington, Pike, Bedford, and Perry Townships, Coshocton County, Ohio. RESTRICTIONS; 1) AGAINST service from and to points in the Coshocton Commercial Zone as existing June 1, 1987; 2) AGAINST service from and to points within an eight (8) mile radius of Sugarcreek; and 3) AGAINST the transportation of dry bulk commodities; petroleum and petroleum products, in bulk, in tank vehicles; liquefied petroleum gas (LPG); liquefied fertilizer solutions; scrap metals; commodities requiring vehicles equipped with mechanical refrigeration; and property requiring trans- portation in low heavy-duty trailers. |
