RESTRICTED (1) Against cross hauling; (2) To shipments having a prior or subsequent storage at said facilities; (3) Against serving any other point in the existing or future Columbus, Ohio Commercial Zone; (4) Against the transportation of commodities in bulk; and (5) Against the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures.
