Entry ordered that the proposed rider AAC filed on December 16, 2005, be approved; that the CG&E be authorized to file in final form four complete copies of tariffs consistent with this entry; one copy shall be included with this case docket, on shall be filed with CG&E TRF docket and the remaining two copies shall be designated for distribution to the rates and tariff division of the Commission's Utilities Department.CG&E shall also update its tariffs previously filed electronically with the Commission's Docketing Division, ordered that the effective date of the new tariffs shall be for service rendered on or after January 3, 2006; that the applicant shall notify all affected customers of the tariff changes via a bill message of via a bill insert within 30 days of the effective date of the tariffs. |
