(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Medina County. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Trans- portation of commodities in bulk, household goods, office furniture and fixtures, mobile homes, house trailers, travel trailers, truck campers, camp coaches and campers, and property requiring low, heavy duty trailers. (2) Trans- portation of scrap metal, livestock, sand, gravel, logs, lumber, gas and oil well supplies, heavy machinery, boilers, power shovels, cranes and other materials requiring the use of winches, cranes, derricks or other special equipment in the loading and unloading. (3) Trans- portation of modular units which require use of special carrier type trailers and further restricted against the transportation of those special carrier type trailers. (4) Transportation of contractor's construction equipment and machinery and property requiring winch trucks. (5) Service from and to Brunswick, Medina, Rittman, Seville and Wadsworth, as their boundaries existed November 1, 1988, except where otherwise authorized herein. (6) Service from and to points in Brunswick Hills, Lafayette and Liverpool Townships, except where otherwise authorized herein. (7) Service from and to points and places on, or bordering immediately upon, U.S. Route 42, U.S. Route 224, except points in Homer Township, State Route 3 between Medina and the Medina/Cuyahoga County Line, State Route 18 between Medina and the intersection of State Routes 18 and 94, State Route 57 between Wadsworth and the Medina/Wayne County Line, State Route 94, State Route 162 between Sharon Center and the Medina/Summit County Line and State Route 303 between Hinckley and the Medina/Summit County Line, all except where otherwise authorized herein. |
