Entry ordering that the complainants shall have until 3/20/89 to file with the Commission the results of the canvass ordered in this matter; Ordering that within thirty days of the date on which the canvass results are filed witht he Commission, GTE North Incorporated and The Ohio Bell Telephone Company shall review the ballots and notify the Commission of their positions on the final tally and whether they desire a further hearing on the canvass.
