Finding & Order approving the stipulation submitted on August 27, 1993 in its entirety; that GTE and United should implement two-way, measured-rate EAS between the Galion and Mansfield exchanges as soon as practical and, in any event, within 12 months from the date of this Finding & Order; that respondents establish an in-service date within four months of the date of this Finding & Order, inform the Commission of the date, and advise the Commission not later than 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event the date cannot be met, together with the reason why. |
