Finding & Order that Murphy Gas be authorized to transfer to Columbia Gas the pipeline facilities, rights-of-way, meter and regulator equipment, and the right and obligation to serve certain customers, upon the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit A to the petition; that Columbia file a 1999 intrastate gross earnings statement for Murphy Gas that covers the time period from the beginning of the year through the date of the sale; Columbia should assume Murphy's liability for the PUCO and OCC assessments calcu- lated from that 1999 intrastate gross earnings statement; that Columbia record the purchase and sale of the assets in accordance with the Uniform System of Accounts for Natural Gas Companies which the Commission has prescribed for use by the natural gas companies in Ohio; that Murphy's currently effective rules and regulations previously approved by the Commission be withdrawn and that Murphy be removed from the roll of public utilities regulated by the Commission.
