Entry stating that the applications for rehearing are denied; that the clarifications made in this entry on rehearing be made by SBC Ohio when the company performs its compliance runs; that the applicable time frames for the true-up process are addressed in the concurrent entry in this docket; that the requisite compliance run shall occur consistent with the provision of this entry on rehearing; that if no issues are raised by staff or participating parties by January 21, 2005, the compliance studies and the resulting rates will be approved consistent with the provisions of this entry on rehearing and SBC Ohio shall make appropriate filing; that to the extent not specifically address herein, all other agreements raised are denied. |
