(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, except household goods, office furniutre and fixtures, commodities in bulk, and property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers, from and to points in Richland County, Ohio, except points in the Mansfield, Norwalk and Shelby Commercial Zones as existing November 1, 1986. RESTRICTED, except where otherwise authorized: (1) AGAINST the trans- portation of property from and to Lexington and Lucas, Ohio; (2) AGAINST service from and to Butler, Ohio, and points within six (6) miles of Butler, Ohio; (3) AGAINST service from and to points in Plymouth Township, Richland County, Ohio; and (4) AGAINST transportation in armored vehicles. |
