Arbitration Panel Report recommending that the Commission adopt the recommendation of the Panel and instruct the parties to incorporate such within their interconnection agreement; that any exceptions that ACSI or Western Reserve may have to this Panel Report should be filed with the Commission and served upon the other party on or before June 8, 2001, and that any replies that ACSI or Western Reserve may have to those exceptions be filed with the Commission and served upon the other party on or before June 15, 2001. |
