Entry ordering that the CES Rider contained in the appli- cation by CG&E filed on December 23, 1998 is approved sub- ject to Finding 5 and shall be effective on January 4, 1999; that the stipulation and recommendation submitted by the signatory parties and contained in the application is adopted; that on or prior to January 4, 1999 the company is authorized to file in final form four complete, printed copies of its CES Rider with the Commission; that the appli- cant shall submit by January 4, 1999, the proposed customer notice; if acceptable, the Staff shall notify the company by January 8, 1999 and the company shall notify all customers affected by the proposed Rider within 30 days.
