(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of general commodities, over irregular routes, from and to points in Tiverton, Crawford, New Castle, Jefferson, White Eyes, Adams, Oxford, Lafayette, Linton, Franklin, Virginia, Washington, Pike, Bedford and Perry Townships, Coshocton County, Ohio, RESTRICTED, AGAINST service from and to points in the Coshocton Commercial Zone as existing June 1, 1987. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of: 1) Petroleum and petroleum products, in bulk, in tank vehicles. 2) Liquified petroleum gas. 3) Dry bulk commodities. 4) Property from and to Sugar Creek and points within an eight (8) mile radius therefrom. 5) Property in low heavy duty trailers. |
