Opinion & Order that the EFC rate to be charged by Ohio Edison for jurisdictional customer bills rendered during the company's next annual EFC periodof July 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000,shall be 1.2689 c/kWh; that Ohio Edison file its EFC tariff rider incorporating this EFC rate no later than June 30, 2000; that the EFC rider become effec- tive on July 1, 2000, and remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
