Entry ordering that the joint stipulation and recommendation filed on 8/15/94 and 8/18/94 (revised) is approved and adopted in its entirety as set forth; that the Companies's revised level of retail, annual jurisdictinal trust fund accruals and payment for the Companies' interests in Perry Unit #1, Davis-Besse Unit #1, and Beaver Valley #2 are included in CEI's and Toledo Edison's cost of service for ratemaking purposes and are reflected in current rates effective January 1, 1994; that this entry does not pre- clude the Commission from examining the estimation metho- dology and level of funding in any future proceeding in which the Companies request recovery of decommissioning costs.
