Finding & Order that the EFC rate to be charged by DP&L during the period beginning February 1, 2000, through December 31, 2000, shall be 1.300c/kWh; that the submit- tal by the company of other pertinent information and the establishment of the EFC rate shall be reviewed in the company's next annual EFC hearing; that DP&L file its EFC tariff rider incorporating the EFC rate no later than January 31, 2000; that the EFC rider become effective on February 1, 2000, and remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
