Entry ordering that in view of the severe disruption to the living conditions of those affected by the floods in south- ern Ohio, the Commission is extending the time for which the special reconnection order contained in the October 10, 1996 entry in this case is effective from April 15, 1997, to April 30, 1997, for Adams, Athens, Brown, Clermont, Gallia, Hamilton, Highland, Hocking, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs, Mon- roe, Pike, Ross, Scioto, Vinton, and Washington Counties; the Commission is also permitting those customers in the affected counties to avail themselves of the special recon- nection order, regardless whether the customer has already used the special reconnection provisions during the 1996- 1997 heating season.
