(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property between points in Hamilton County Ohio and between points within 15 miles of Hamilton County Ohio. The Transportation services shall be restricted to: 1). Exclusive use of vehicle for one consignor or one consignee at one time. 2). Provide immediate delivery service of all shipments. 3). Shipments of 200 pounds or more. Service shall be restricted against: 1). Transportation of cash, cash letters commercial paper, accounting media, exposed or processed film, theater film, theater supplies, household goods, office furniture and fixtures, commodities in bulk, currency and coins in armored vehicles, property requiring refrigerated or low duty trailers. |
