Entry to Address Filed Comments and Entry on Rehearing ordering that Ameritech's application for rehearing re- garding its third, fourth, sixth, and seventh assignments of error is denied; that Ameritech's application for re- hearing regarding its first, second and fifth assignments of error are granted; that AT&T/MCI's application for re- hearing regarding its third assignment of error is denied; that AT&T/MCI's application for rehearing regardings its first and second assignments of error is granted; that Ameritech file amendments to the proposed recourse tariff in accordance with the findings herein to Section 1.2 pursuant to Finding 22, Sections 1.6 and Subsection 7.1.3 (the re- course claim form) pursuant to Finding 30, Section 2.7 pur- suant to Finding 38, Section 3.2 pursuant to Finding 44, Section 4.4 pursuant to Finding 59, and Section 8.1 pursuant to Finding 69; Ameritech shall file these amendments with th the Commission's docketing division and serve a copy upon all interested persons no later than December 10, 1999.
