RESTRICTED: (1) against the trans- portation of commodities in bulk, in tank or hopper vehicles, (2) against the use of closed van trailer equipment, (3) against the transportation of property from and to points in Noble County, except as otherwise authorized herein; and (4) against the transportation of commodities, in bulk, in dump vehicles, from and to points in Washington and Meigs Counties, except as otherwise authorized herein. |
