(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Fallsburg, Mary Ann, Perry, Madison, Franklin, Hopewell, and Bowling Green Townships, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTIONS: (1) AGAINST the transportation of commodities in bulk; mobile homes and modular units; scrap metals, except in closed van equipment; farm supplies and farm machinery; household goods, office furniture and fixtures; property in armored vehicles; feed, fertilizer, grain and seed; cash letters, audit nd accounting media and banking records; and oil well equipment, farm products and livestock (2) AGAINST serving the Newark and Zanesville Commercial Zones as existing December 9, 1988. (3) AGAINST service from and to points and places located on or bordering immediately upon U.S. Route 40, State Route 16, and County Highway 311. |
