(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of general commodities, over irregular routes, from and to points in Tiverton, Crawford, New Castle, Jefferson, White Eyes, Adams, Oxford, Lafayette, Linton, Franklin, Virginia, Washington, Pike, Bedford and Perry Townships, Coshocton County, Ohio, RESTRICTED, against service from and to points in the Coshocton Commercial Zone as existing June 1, 1987. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of: 1. Petroleum and petroleum products, in bulk, in tank vehicles. 2. Liquified petroleum gas, 3. Dry bulk commodities. 4. Property from and to Sugar Creek and points within an eight (8) mile radius therefrom. 5. Property from and to points on SR 205 and U.S. 36 in New Castle and Jefferson Townships, Coshocton County, except where otherwise authorized. 6. Articles, which by reason of their size and weight, require the use of special equipment in the transportation thereof. |
