Finding ordering that the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement entered into between Staff and United Producers, Inc. be approved and adopted by the Commission; that United Producers, Inc. pay a total civil forfeiture of $1750.00, with such payment due within thirty days after the effective date of this Finding and Order. It is further ordered that United Producers, Inc. pay an additional civil forfeiture of $1750.00 should it fail to fulfill its obligations under this settlement agreement as set forth in Finding (6 ). |
