Opinion and order ordering that the Stipulation filed in this proceeding be approved and adopted; that Duke take all necessary steps to carry out the terms of the Stipulation and this order; that Duke be authorized to file in final form four complete copies of the tariff page consistent with this opinion and order and to cancel and withdraw its superseded tariff pages; the new rates for Rider DR-IM and Rider AU shall be effective on a date not earlier than the date upon which four complete, printed copies of the final tariff pages are filed with the Commission. |
