Entry ordering W&LE and W&T submit to the Commission and ORDC site plans and cost estimates by March 10, 2009: file a letter that plans have been submitted by March 17, 2009; following approval, proceed with plans following detailed instructions, schedule inspections, notify staff of any changes, notify the Commission 30 days before completion date; after final inspections, staff will file a memorandum that the installations are complete and the warning devices have been put in service. |
