Supplemental Finding and ordered, That Aqua should now terminate the system improvement charge imposed on its Franklin County sewer district customers for services rendered after adoption of this Supplemental Finding and Order and revise its tariff accordingly. It is, further, ordered, That nothing in this Supplemental Finding and Order shall be binding upon this Commission in any subsequent investigation or proceeding involving the justness or reasonableness of any rate, charge, rule, or regulation. |
