Entry ordering that in accordance with the terms and time frames of this entry, all local telephone companies, not including CMRS providers, should institute interNPA local dialing in all Ohio NPAs other that "330"; that all local exchange companies, not including CMRS providers, provide the required reporting to the Chief of the Telecommuni- cations Division of the Utilities Department; that all code holders work with the Commission's Consumer Education staff as directed by this entry; that all applicable NXX code holders submit its consumer education plan in accordance with this entry; that all directory service databases and directories be updated in accordance with this entry.
