RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) The Transportation of shipments from and to Circleville, Ohio, as its boundaries exist May 20, 1991, except where otherwise authorized herein. (2) The transportation of oil and gas well supplies and equipment, cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers and banking documents, household goods, as defined by the Commission, and manufactured housing units. |
