( THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to Fairfield County, Ohio. RESTRICTIONS: (1) Except as otherwise authorized, AGAINST service from and to points and places in the Lancaster and Columbus Commercial Zones as existing January 12, 1990. (2) AGAINST the transportation of commodities in bulk; household goods, office furniture and fixtures; manufactured housing units; cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers and banking documents; oil well and gas well equipment; oil field supplies; property in armored vehicles; and the use of carry-all, lowboy, flatbed and low side trailers. (3) AGAINST service from and to Walnut and Richland Townships, and Amanda, all except where otherwise authorized; and AGAINST service from and to those points in Canal Winchester and Lithopolis located in the Columbus Commercial Zone, except where otherwise authorized. (4) AGAINST service from and to points and places on, or bordering immediately upon, U.S. Routes 22 and 33, State Routes 37, 158, 159, 188 and 256, Amanda-Clearport Road, Lithopolis Road, Lithopolis-Winchester Road, Oakland- Stoutsville Road, and Millersport Road between State Route 79 and State Route 256, all except where otherwise authorized herein. |
