Entry ordering that UniDial's request for a waiver of the USOA requirement is granted pursuant to Finding 3; that UniDial's motion for a protective order is denied; that certificate number 90-5817 be canceled and certificate number 90-9040 be issued authorizing UniDial to provide interexchange service throught Ohio and local exchange tele- communication services in all or portions of Cuyahoga, Lucas Lucas, and Wood Counties, Ohio; that UniDial shall notify the Commission of the rollout of service in its authorized service territory.
