Opinion & Order that the Docketing Division of the Commis- sion maintain, under seal, all materials previously ruled to be confidential, for 18 months from the date of the Arbitration Award; that the 251/252 agreement shall be governed as set forth in this Order; that the interconnec- tion arrangement between Ameritech and TCG are approved in accordance with and to the extent set forth in this Order; that the parties should keep the Commission apprised of their efforts to implement the terms of these arrangements; unless an application for rehearing is filed within 30 days of this Order, this decision is a final appealable Order; that this case be closed of record.
