(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Pickaway County, Ohio, except points in Circleville, Harrison, Madison, Pickaway, Salt Creek, and Washington Townships. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Transportation of shipments from and to Circleville, Ohio, as its boundaries existed June 14, 1991, except as otherwise authorized. (2) Transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers and banking documents, and manufactured housing units. (3) Oil well and gas well equipment and supplies. (4) Paints, stains, varnishes, paint products, paint materials and plastics from and to points in Pickaway Township, except where othewise authorized herein. (5) Petroleum and petroleum products, bensol and benzine, in bulk, in tank vehicles. |
