Opinion, Order, and Certificate ordered, That the Stipulation be approved and adopted. It is, further, ordered, That a certificate be issued to Harrison Transmission for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the transmission facility along the modified preferred route, subject to the conditions set forth in the Stipulation and this Order. It is, further, ordered, That the motion for a protective order be granted consistent with paragraphs 32-34. It is, further. ordered, That the docketing division maintain the proprietary information under seal for a period of 24 months from the date of this Order. |
