(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Florence, St. Joseph, Northwest, Bridge- water, Superior and Center Townships, Williams County. RESTRICTED, except where otherwise authorized: (1) AGAINST the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures; petroleum and petroleum products, in bulk, in tank vehicles; property requiring low, heavy- duty trailers of vehicles equipped with mechanical refriger- ation; and commodities usually transported in dump trucks and unloaded by dumping. (2) AGAINST service from and to Bryan, Ohio, as its boundaries existed on July 1, 1987. Against service from and to points in the Montpelier Commercial Zone as its boundaire existed on July 1, 1987. (3) AGAINST service from and to points and places on or bordering immediately upon, U.S. Route 6, State Routes 2, 34, 49 and 107; State Route 576 between Williams Center and the intersection of State Route 576 and U.S. Route 20; County Road 14 between the Bridgewater/Madison Township Line and the intersection of Couunty Roads 14 and 74; County Road 74 between the intersection of County roads 14 and 74 and the intersection of County Roads 74 and 30; and County Road 30 between the intersection of County Roads 74 and 30 and the intersection of County Road 30 and State Route 49. |
