Entry ordering that all funds for the installation of the active warning devices installed at the Seneca County Road 35, Garfield Avenue, Raber Road, and Logan Street crossings be disbursed to the appropriate parties; that Conrail, CSX Transporation, and N&W Railway maintain the devices at their respective crossings in good operating condition at their own expense; that the Commission's prior orders for the installation of warning devices at the Boyd Corner crossings are hereby rescinded, and the Commission's staff hereby directed to take further action consistent with Finding 4; that this case be closed. |
