Supplemental Finding & Order that the Commission order dated December 15, 1987, is hereby amended and modified to extend the Commission authorization to facilitate the applicant to obtain the benefit of municipal bond insurance or a financial guarantee policy from a bond insurer pursuant to the terms and conditions described in the supplemental applicaiton; that in all other respects, the Commission order dated December 15, 1987, shall remain in full force and effect. |
